Laney Cherveny

Assistant Director of Membership and Outreach, at DePaul University

Serving as the Assistant Director of Membership and Outreach, at DePaul University, Ms. Cherveny is responsible for member services operations, management of student staff, and coordination of university and community outreach efforts. She focuses on generating membership revenue by empowering staff to provide exceptional customer service and establishing relationships with students, faculty & staff, and community members. Prior to starting at CENTERS, she served as the Ice Arena Manager at the Oak Lawn Park District in Illinois, where she was responsible for primary supervision of a 45,000 sq. ft., facility, including an international size sheet of ice and three program rooms. Delaney graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor’s and a Master’s Degree in Recreation, Sport & Tourism. She served as Graduate Assistant for Campus Recreation in the areas of Ice Arena operations and Student Development.
