Assistant Director of Programs and Member Services at Harper College

Serving as the Assistant Director of Programs and Member Services at Harper College, Ms. Crisman is responsible for membership promotions, membership database management, retention programs, hiring, supervising and training membership staff, digital marketing and communications. Laura will also create and manage quality programs and services for the campus community in the areas of fitness and wellness including group fitness and personal training at the Harper College Health and Recreation Center (HRC) scheduled to open in August 2018. HRC is a 130,000 square foot state of the art campus recreation center that also includes partner building tenants - Palatine Park District and Northwest Community Healthcare. Laura recently received her Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications from Roosevelt University, Chicago. After completing her degree Laura served as the Senior Marketing Communications Coordinator for a healthcare association where she led all integrated marketing communication activities including strategic plans, research, promotional campaigns, email communications, e-newsletter, social media, printed and electronic advertisements, brochures, fliers, press releases and website management. Previously, Laura was the General Manager of a boutique fitness studio and was also the Group Exercise Supervisor and a personal trainer for a large medically based wellness center in the Chicago suburbs.
