Mylan Park retained CENTERS in early 2016 to provide financial modeling for the proposed home to the West Virginia University Athletics Aquatic and Track teams.  In September 2016, Mylan Park and CENTERS entered into a pre-management agreement for the 80,000 square foot Aquatics and Track Center at Mylan Park that opened in November, 2019.  CENTERS prepared a business plan, consulted on design decisions, hired ambitious campus recreation professionals, developed programs, cultivated partnerships and marketed the building.

Mylan Park is a state-of-the-art recreational and educational complex located on over 300 acres of beautifully reclaimed surface-mined property just minutes from downtown Morgantown, West Virginia. The Mylan Park Foundation, Inc. advances the educational, recreational, social and economic benefits to North Central West Virginia citizens, with the purpose of improving the quality of life for residents of, and visitors to, the Greater Morgantown area. With the community’s needs at the forefront, the conceptual master plan for Mylan Park now includes the development of projects designed specifically to improve the quality of life for citizens in the region by fulfilling needs that would otherwise go unmet, while having a positive economic impact on the region.

CENTERS will assist the park in meeting its vision, mission, and goals. Furthermore, as one of the main tenant of park properties, CENTERS will work closely with WVU to ensure its students are given the use of outstanding facilities for its Track and Aquatics teams in University Athletics. WVU Athletics Track and Aquatics teams will train and compete in the Aquatics and Track Center year round.
