Dominic DiMauro

Director at Jacksonville State University

Serving as the Director at Jacksonville State University, Mr. DiMauro is responsible for the direct oversight of Stephenson Hall and the Pete Matthews Coliseum pool. In addition to his day-to-day responsibilities, he is also responsible for starting a learn to swim program as well as creating both a student development and risk management protocol. He is also responsible for reservations and rentals for Stephenson Hall and the new Bennett Turf Field that houses intramurals, the Jacksonville State University Marching Southerners, and open recreation activities. Prior to arriving at JSU, he served as the Assistant Director of Operations at the University of Alabama – Birmingham where he oversaw the operations of the 152,000 sq., ft. facility. He also served as the co-chair for the risk management committee, training and development committee, and oversaw all capital improvement projects.
