Associate Director of Programming and Operations at Cleveland State University

Serving as the Associate Director of Programming and Operations at Cleveland State University, Ms. Rieger is a member of the department’s senior leadership team. She is responsible for direct oversight of all facilities, daily operations, department marketing and advertising, and all four programming areas. She also serves as the Risk Manager for the department. Michelle began her career with CENTERS as the Aquatics & Safety Coordinator and transitioned to her current position in 2017. Her prior recreation experience includes 15 years in Community Parks & Recreation specializing in aquatic & fitness facilities, aquatic & fitness programming, and risk management.
