With this approach, CENTERS offers full-time employees a variety of opportunities for additional compensation in recognition of outstanding work and temporary optional assignments. Opportunities for additional compensation are extended through CENTERS’ Career Pathway and employee retention programs. These programs contribute to realizing the company’s priority to be the most desired employer in our field. In the event of a vacant site position, additional compensation to another site team member assisting with the coverage of duties related to the vacancy or an internal consultant is considered supplemental pay. Some of these opportunities may include additional compensation or require traveling off site. We also believe in the power of recognition and continue ensuring we stay relevant and competitive in our market. We evaluate and enhance the CENTER’s employee experience by listening to feedback from our staff and acting within our core values and principles. Employee contributions consistent with CENTER’s attributes are recognized on a regular basis. All employees are encouraged to nominate colleagues, subordinates, or supervisors (from site teams OR our corporate team) for work above and beyond.
