Staff members at each of our facilities participate in a company-wide program called the Program of Innovation to maintain a state of professional excellence that exceeds the industry standard.

The Program of Innovation is an annual company-wide self-assessment that uses the industry standard in collegiate recreation as an initial benchmark to collectively “raise the bar” with regard to all the areas that we manage. Additionally, expertise is shared among staff members within their areas of specialization which ensures each site is implementing the best practices recognized in the collegiate recreation profession.

The research and development done by our staff focuses on three primary objectives: innovation, mission-centric outcomes, and cost-effectiveness. We are committed to innovation that is based upon collaboration and the continuous exchange of ideas, and we believe this will keep staff stimulated and engaged in their careers, which ultimately produces the desired outcomes for our clients.

Maintaining excellence requires an environment that promotes performance. We have identified 29 areas of responsibility that we believe are vital to operating a comprehensive collegiate recreation department.
