CENTERS is committed to being the place where high-performance campus recreation professionals work to achieve their full potential. Our Career Pathways Program allows each member of the CENTERS family to chart and manage their individual career progression.

CENTERS was founded with the intent to be the place where the most ambitious and talented campus recreation professionals thrive throughout every phase of their careers. As a professional services company, our people are our most valuable assets and, initially, our focus was on recruiting talented people with established track records of professional growth and achievement. As we grew, our need for CENTERS caliber professionals could not be met solely through recruiting and we began to focus on professional development as the key to supporting our expanding high performance culture.

Within our culture, talent and ambition are fundamental, but every individual’s interests and circumstances differ so a one-size-fits-all approach to professional development does not align with our growth objectives or support the extent to which we are committed to everyone achieving their potential. Our response has been to create our Career Pathways Program that allows each member of the CENTERS family to chart and manage their own career progression. The program is self-directed and highly individualized, but no one is left to find their way on their own. Each CENTERS professional works with their supervisor and has access to senior mentors, peer mentors, Program of Innovation work groups and training programs in a way that is driven by their unique pathway design.

This pathway might be for you if you were drawn to campus recreation for traditional reasons and are looking to enjoy a fulfilling career that is challenging and accelerated.
