Our People

Mr. Ross is an integral part of all CENTERS site oversight and assists with the start-up operations of all new sites.  He is responsible for directing CENTERS’ risk management practices, insurance coverage, third-party contracts, and for the continual refinement of organizational best practices through the Program of Systems and Standards. Mr. Ross is very active in professional organizations, such as NIRSA, and has held many state and regional leadership positions and presented on a variety of topics.  Prior to joining the leadership team, Mr. Ross worked on-site at Cleveland State University as CENTERS’ first Director of Campus Recreation Services.  He also worked for Kent State University before opening the Cleveland State University Recreation Center.  Mr. Ross earned his bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University and his master’s degree from Kent State University.
