A Journey of Hard Work, Dedication, and Growth

At CENTERS, we pride ourselves on fostering an environment where talent thrives, and Vincent’s journey is a testament to this commitment. Starting as a part-time employee, Vincent’s dedication and drive quickly became evident. He embraced every opportunity for growth, advancing from a part-time role to a full-time position.

Vincent started at the Marshall Rec in 2017 as a part-time employee until he became the Graduate Assistant of Aquatics and Safety. He completed his undergraduate degree in Health Science at Marshall University and is now pursuing his master’s degree as well. His passion for learning and improving himself didn’t stop there—he took on the challenge of being a Graduate Assistant, where he honed his skills and developed a deep understanding of CENTERS’ operations. Vincent’s commitment to his career progression earned him a move from Graduate Assistant to Coordinator, and then to Assistant Director for Aquatics & Safety. At every stage, Vincent demonstrated an exceptional work ethic and an unwavering ability to adapt to new challenges, making significant contributions not just on his site, but across the organization.

Marshall poolVincent’s story is one of ambition and responsibility and an ability to have fun while getting the job done. His journey is a perfect example of what can be achieved through hard work and determination. He has made a lasting impact on the campuses we serve, continually raising the bar and setting an example for his colleagues.

We are proud to highlight Vincent in this issue of the CENTERS Solutions Newsletter. His journey reminds us that with the right mindset, dedication, and a willingness to embrace new challenges, there’s no limit to what we can achieve here at CENTERS.
