Careers in campus life operations offer a unique opportunity to shape the student experience. Behind every successful campus recreation center, student union, or event venue is a team of professionals who keep operations running, programs evolving, and spaces thriving. We build our teams with an intentional approach for developing talent, creating opportunity, and investing in the people who power our work across campuses and communities.

CENTERS is more than a management company. We are a team of professionals committed to strengthening communities, elevating student life, and creating spaces where people belong, connect, and grow.

What makes CENTERS different is simple: we believe our people are our greatest asset.

The strength of our organization comes from the range of perspectives, experiences, and ideas that each team member brings to the table. That diversity of thought fuels collaboration, innovation, and leadership across every campus and community we serve.

Building Career Pathways in Campus Operations

When you join CENTERS, you are not stepping into just one role. You are stepping into a company that is intentionally built for growth. We are committed to helping high-performing professionals reach their full potential by creating meaningful opportunities to expand their impact, develop new skills, and shape their own career journey.

Through our Career Pathways Program, team members can explore multiple avenues for growth within one organization. For some professionals, that means leading operations on site and managing the daily experience of students and guests in complex campus facilities. Others may contribute to the strategic growth of the company, support enterprise initiatives through corporate roles, or serve as subject matter experts through consulting engagements.

The program reflects an understanding that careers in campus life operations are not one dimensional. The strongest operators continue to learn, adapt, and expand their leadership over time. Career Pathways provides a framework that allows professionals to do exactly that.

The Systems Behind Operational Excellence

Many of the programs that support employee development operate quietly behind the scenes, yet they play a critical role in shaping how CENTERS delivers results for its partners.

Employees actively contribute to initiatives like our Program of Innovation and Program of Systems and Standards, helping drive new ideas while strengthening the operational excellence that defines our work.

The Program of Innovation encourages team members to think creatively about how campus facilities can better serve students, guests, and communities. The Program of Systems and Standards helps ensure that best practices are documented, shared, and implemented consistently across locations.

Together, these initiatives serve as the scaffolding behind CENTERS operations. They support the exchange of ideas, the refinement of processes, and the continued development of professionals who lead complex facilities every day.

A Culture That Invests in People

At its core, working at CENTERS means being part of a mission-driven team where your voice matters, your ideas are valued, and your growth is supported.

Our culture encourages curiosity, ownership, and forward thinking.

Employees actively contribute to initiatives, shape new ideas, and help strengthen the systems that support our work across campuses.

If you are passionate about making an impact, collaborating with talented professionals, and building a career within a company that invests in its people, CENTERS is a place where you can grow, lead, and make a difference.
