Serving as the CENTERS Communications and Marketing Coordinator, Ms. Carlson is responsible for communicating defined organizational goals to build brand awareness, company culture, and functional requirements to support managed sites across the United States. She provides a critical link between CENTERS site teams and the corporate functional teams and leadership, ensuring that the company’s methodologies and values are implemented through the employment lifecycle. Previously, she interned in the human resources department of CENTERS’ parent company, Brailsford & Dunlavey, where she assisted with its recruitment efforts and other day-to-day operations. After graduating from Roanoke College with a B.A. in sociology, Ms. Carlson worked in the human resources department of the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
