
Farmville, VA (3.5.26) — Spring brings a new mix of entertainment, campus traditions, and community events to the Joan Perry Brock Center at Longwood University. From the Harlem Globetrotters’ 100 Year Tour to a Yung Gravy concert during Spring Weekend, the arena continues to welcome a wide range of audiences to Farmville.
The Joan Perry Brock Center at Longwood University will host a diverse lineup of events this April, bringing family entertainment, live music, and specialty community shows to Central Virginia.

The month begins on April 1 when the Harlem Globetrotters bring their 100 Year Tour to Farmville. Known for their signature blend of athleticism, humor, and crowd interaction, the Globetrotters continue a legacy that stretches from legends like Curly Neal and Meadowlark Lemon to today’s stars, delivering high-energy entertainment for audiences of all ages.
On April 11, platinum-selling artist Yung Gravy will headline the concert for Longwood University’s Spring Weekend, one of the university’s most anticipated annual traditions. Known for blending nostalgic soul samples with modern hip hop production, Yung Gravy has grown from a breakout SoundCloud artist into a global touring performer with billions of streams and multiple platinum and gold singles. The concert is expected to draw students and the community from across the region.
Community events round out the arena’s April calendar. On April 18, the venue will host the Campus Card Show, where collectors can buy, sell, and trade sports cards and memorabilia. Admission is free, and the event will include music, contests, and door prizes.
On April 19, the arena will welcome a regional reptile expo, offering visitors the opportunity to explore a wide selection of reptiles and supplies in a safe and educational environment.
