As CENTERS’ first Director of Marketing, Ms. Smith leads brand strategy, content, positioning, and market development for the firm’s national higher education portfolio. She brings a rare blend of creative intuition and analytical discipline to her work, translating CENTERS’ operational capabilities into clear market positioning, thought leadership, and growth-focused storytelling. She works across executive leadership, business development, client teams, and managed locations to connect mission, message, and audience in ways that elevate the CENTERS brand and support strategic growth. Before joining CENTERS, she led marketing and strategic partnerships for StarVista LIVE, helping grow a national portfolio of live music experiences through fan-centered marketing, brand partnerships, and audience engagement. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and her master’s degree from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
