Julie Ray

Systems and Operations Manager
  • Biography

Ms. Ray joined CENTERS in 2013 as an inaugural team member on-site at Moraine Valley Community College where she assisted with the opening of the new facility and led every aspect relating to marketing and membership services. She transitioned to the CENTERS central office team in July 2018. Her responsibilities include leading all CENTERS site’s operational systems and processes, designing marketing material, website management, data analytics, quality control, software support, and assisting leadership with all new site startups. In 2022, Ms. Ray lead the implementation of a new management software system at every CENTERS location. Prior to joining CENTERS, she worked at Florida Atlantic University. Ms. Ray earned a bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University and a master’s degree from Ball State University.
