Mr. Brailsford is co-founder of CENTERS and CEO of Brailsford & Dunlavey. He started his career as a real estate economist specializing in urban mixed-use, hotel, resort, and residential projects. Later, he turned his focus toward facility planning within the non-profit sector. Mr. Brailsford is a nationally recognized expert in the financing and programming of sports, recreation, and entertainment venues and has provided planning and management services for hundreds of clients. He is an avid industry presenter and author of countless publications. Mr. Brailsford provides strategic guidance and executive leadership for CENTERS by mentoring our site leaders and maintaining a commitment to diversity, relationship building, and excellence in client service. He is specifically focused on institutional strategy, operational efficiency, and innovation. Mr. Brailsford graduated from the University of Maryland at College Park.
