The American Red Cross Allegheny Highlands Chapter is excited to announce that Heather Mills McIntyre has joined the Chapter Board of Directors. As a member of the Chapter Board of Directors, Mrs. McIntyre will help implement corporate strategies and operations to assist the Red Cross in the community with her leadership, advocacy, and support to help alleviate suffering for people facing emergencies, making an extraordinary impact for those the Red Cross serves.
Heather currently works as the Assistant Director of Marketing & Outreach at The Aquatic Center & Track Complex at Mylan Park, which is a licensed training provider for the American Red Cross.
“I am thrilled to have been recently voted onto the Board of Directors for our local chapter of the American Red Cross,” Heather remarks. “The Aquatic Center & Track Complex is home to many Red Cross training programs and is the only aquatic authorized provider in the region. This appointment will further align our organizations to best promote and support Red Cross’ ongoing lifesaving programs and impactful community services.”
